At Baba Bumble Beads, every single piece of jewelry is handcrafted, completely unique, and made just for you. Because our creations are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated or resold, we do not offer traditional refunds or exchanges.

However, your happiness is incredibly important to us. We want you to wear your new jewelry with joy and confidence.

Our Commitment to You

If your order arrives and something does not feel right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to make things right if there is an issue with your piece.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in crafting and packaging your jewelry. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged during transit:

1. Snap a quick photo of the damage and the packaging.

2. Email the photo to us at Ginny@BabaBumbleBeads.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. We will prioritize finding a solution, which may include repairing the piece or offering a store credit.
